What we’re looking for…

 

ScienceLogic is seeking a strategic and highly analytical Senior Manager, Marketing Operations to lead and scale our marketing technology, automation strategy, data infrastructure, and campaign execution processes. This senior-level role will oversee end-to-end marketing operations across systems, data, and performance reporting.

 

We’re looking for a Marketo Certified Expert who brings deep expertise in Salesforce, strong cross-functional leadership, and a passion for driving operational excellence in a modern B2B marketing environment. Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms is a plus.

 

This is a U.S.-based role requiring close alignment with global marketing, sales, revenue operations, and digital teams.

 

What you’ll be doing…

 

In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end strategy and execution of marketing operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives, campaign effectiveness, and data-driven decision-making.

 

Marketing Technology & Automation

  • Own and optimize integrations between Marketo, Salesforce, and other martech tools to enable data integrity, attribution accuracy, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Design and implement advanced marketing automation workflows, lead scoring models, segmentation logic, and nurture strategies.
  • Evaluate and introduce new tools to improve automation, personalization, and operational scale.
  • Lead A/B testing, deliverability optimization, and system architecture planning.

 

Campaign Strategy & Execution Enablement

  • Define and govern the campaign operations framework, ensuring consistency, scalability, and documentation across regions and teams.
  • Partner with Demand Generation, Digital, and Product Marketing teams to operationalize complex, multi-channel campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign setup, execution, and QA processes to ensure flawless delivery and data capture.
  • Troubleshoot sync errors, process gaps, and tracking issues across the lead lifecycle.

 

Data & Analytics Leadership

  • Lead the design and maintenance of dashboards and reports in Salesforce, Marketo, and Power BI (or similar platforms) to measure pipeline performance, ROI, and operational KPIs.
  • Provide actionable insights on marketing performance, funnel conversion, and campaign attribution to influence strategic decisions.
  • Drive improvements in lead attribution and forecasting models to better support marketing and sales alignment.
  • Implement predictive models and performance benchmarking to support pipeline acceleration.

 

Operational Governance & Process Optimization

  • Develop and enforce SOPs for campaign operations, lead management, and data compliance.
  • Establish scalable processes for campaign intake, prioritization, and SLA management.
  • Lead process audits and optimization initiatives across the martech ecosystem.
  • Ensure compliance with global and U.S. data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

 

Qualities you possess…

 

  • 8–10+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations, with 3+ years in a leadership or strategic role.
  • Marketo Certified Expert (Required); advanced skills in campaign architecture, automation, and troubleshooting.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce CRM for campaign tracking, pipeline reporting, and lead management.
  • Power BI or other analytics/reporting platform experience (preferred).
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects involving marketing, sales, and IT stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of marketing attribution, funnel metrics, and database segmentation.
  • Experience managing a complex martech stack in a global or enterprise B2B environment.
  • Strategic thinker with strong documentation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling operations and enabling measurable revenue impact.
