Own accuracy in alerting
-
Have a strong understanding of alerting systems and alert aggregation/correlation tools and a passion for extending that knowledge to the expert level for the Monopoly Go alerting environment

Maintain alerting KPI’s
-
Drive ever-improving accuracy in alerting through audits and deep dives
-
Provide Incident command during highly visible and impactful incidents
-
Coordinate, analyze, and escalate incidents in partnership with vendors, business units, game teams, and partners
-
Be accountable for incident outcomes
-
Communicate concisely through written and verbal communication during stressful situations
-
Contribute to process improvements and maintain runbooks/playbooks
-
Be on-call for Incident command
-
Extensive experience working with alerting systems and driving accuracy in alerting
-
2+ years of relevant work experience as an Incident commander
-
High-level understanding of networking and cloud services
-
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly & concisely under pressure
-
Positive attitude, effective communication, and strong coordination skills
-
Ability to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure
-
Ability to logically prioritize tasks and track multiple streams under pressure
-
Strong motivation to learn new technologies
-
Pagerduty alert management and automation
- Experience with Datadog, Kibana, Bugnsag and other alerting systems

Black Rock 3 or other incident management certification

For candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY, and WA, the annual salary range is provided below. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for equity, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time off. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
