Director of Brand, Social & Community - Stumble Guys!
Scopely is looking for a highly motivated Director of Brand, Social & Community to join our Stumble Guys team in Barcelona.

What You’ll Do
As the Director of Brand, Social & Community for Stumble Guys, you will lead the brand vision, elevate community engagement, and own the game’s global social presence. You will work closely with a talented team to create an unforgettable global brand and ensure our community remains one of the most exciting in gaming.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of community and social media managers and content creators, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Set clear goals, manage professional growth, and provide consistent feedback.
- Identify and manage relationships with external partners and vendors supporting brand, social, and community initiatives.
- Act as the voice of the players and creators to product and leadership teams, championing their needs and ideas.
Brand management:
- Develop and execute a global brand strategy that elevates Stumble Guys as a cultural touchstone in gaming and align with the game’s vision and strategy
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, from in-game experiences to marketing and partnerships.
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns and activations that reinforce the brand’s voice and identity.
- Champion creativity and innovation to keep the brand fresh, bold, and culturally relevant.
Social and Community Management:
- Lead the global social and community strategy, driving engagement, growth, and authenticity across all platforms.
- Oversee the creation and curation of platform-specific content (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, Discord, etc.), ensuring it resonates with players and reflects the brand identity.
- Manage and scale the official Creator Program, building strong relationships with influencers and content creators, and supporting them with resources to maximize their impact.
- Design and execute community events, contests, and activations that strengthen player loyalty and celebrate our players’ creativity.
- Monitor social trends and community sentiment, responding with agility to opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and live operations teams to ensure player feedback and community insights inform decision-making.
- Promote inclusivity, positivity, and fun within the global Stumble Guys community.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Leverage analytics to measure the impact of brand, social, and community initiatives.
- Track KPIs, sentiment, and engagement trends to optimize strategies.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership, highlighting successes and identifying opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in brand, community, or social leadership—preferably in gaming.
- Experienced in leading diverse teams to achieve ambitious goals and deliver impact.
- Deep understanding of gaming culture, content creation, and major social/streaming platforms.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to inspire players, creators, and cross-functional partners.
- Strategic and creative mindset with the ability to translate data and insights into impactful strategies.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Experience with Google Suite, Discord, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, and social analytics tools.
- High proficiency in English.
- Hybrid role: 3 days per week in the office.
