Workplace Experience Coordinator
Scopely is looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our Workplace and Facilities team in Mexico City on an on-site basis.

What You Will Do
This role will report to the Sr. Manager, Workplace Experience, to continually evolve Scopely’s employee experience in Mexico City. To thrive in this role, you will need to be a forward-thinking, self-motivated individual with the ability to manage multiple, varied tasks under tight deadlines. You’ll be at the center of our workplace operations—owning day-to-day facilities, enhancing employee experience, and bringing our culture to life through thoughtful events and seamless office operations. You’ll act as a trusted partner across teams, ensuring our workplace is efficient, welcoming, and built for a fast-moving tech environment.
Champion the Workplace Experience
- Act as the primary point of contact for all workplace-related needs, ensuring employees feel supported and heard
- Create a welcoming, inclusive, and high-performing office environment
- Partner with People Team and site leadership to continuously elevate employee experience
Own Facilities & Office Operations
- Oversee daily facilities operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently
- Manage vendor relationships, building operations, and maintenance services
- Drive workplace safety, compliance, and space optimization initiatives
Bring Culture to Life
- Plan and execute engaging office events, team activities, and studio-wide moments
- Manage logistics end-to-end, from vendor coordination to on-site execution
- Support initiatives that strengthen connection, collaboration, and team morale
Drive Operational Excellence
- Manage budgets related to workplace, facilities, and events with a focus on impact and efficiency
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and scale operations
- Proactively solve problems in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 4+ years of experience in workplace operations, facilities, or office management
- Experience supporting fast-paced, high-growth environments (tech, gaming, or startups preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and execute across multiple workstreams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with event planning and vendor management
- Experience working with vendors and managing operational budget
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom
- Strong English language skills are required for this role as we have a highly diverse and global business
