Scopely is looking for a Talent Partner ( Contract ) to join our team in Bangalore, India.

Our Talent Acquisition team is responsible for finding & attracting the best of the best for our business. This team sits globally in the US, UK, Spain & India and is on a mission to engage with top talent to Inspire Play, Every Day!

What You’ll Do:

• Own and manage full life cycle recruitment for roles across our organisation in India.
• Source and engage potential hires, maintaining a strong passive candidate pipeline with high-touch communication.
• Develop innovative strategies to connect with and interview potential candidates.
• Collaborate with the rest of the recruiting team to streamline and innovate the recruiting and hiring process.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility.
• Build trust with candidates and provide them with complete, accurate, and inspiring information about the company and each position.
• Manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting.
• Maintain close relationships with staffing partners/vendors to ensure the talent we hire meets Scopely’s bar of expectations.
• Manage campus relationships and hiring initiatives for fresher recruitment.

About You:

• 2+ years of experience in full life cycle recruiting or related field
• Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry is a plus
• Experience recruiting for engineering, product, and design roles 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
