Job Summary:
As a Talent Sourcer at Senior Doc, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting talented individuals who align with our mission and values. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers, you’ll focus on sourcing top talent for a variety of roles within our organization, supporting the front end of our recruitment process and enhancing our candidate pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Proactively source high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Candidate Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs, creating a diverse pipeline of talent.
  • Screening: Conduct initial outreach and screening to assess candidates' experience, skills, and alignment with the company’s values.
  • Collaboration: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and contribute to developing sourcing strategies tailored to specific roles.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Implement sourcing strategies aimed at attracting a diverse candidate pool and promoting inclusive hiring practices.
  • Employer Branding: Work with the marketing team to highlight our employer brand and attract top talent aligned with our mission and culture.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, with a focus on healthcare and provider recruiting preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse and HR software.
    • Familiarity with sourcing tools and social media platforms.
    • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt to changing hiring needs.
  • Attributes:
    • A passion for healthcare and geriatric care.
    • A proactive and resourceful approach to finding and engaging candidates.
    • Commitment to ethical recruiting practices and confidentiality.
