About Us
Service Experts’ flagship product, the Advantage Program, is rapidly expanding into new verticals, and we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sr. Manager of Advantage Sales Expansion to lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives that will drive business growth. This role will focus on identifying and cultivating new partnerships, entering untapped markets, and scaling the Advantage Program through innovative sales strategies.
Role Overview
The Sr. Manager of Advantage Sales Expansion will play a pivotal role in expanding the Advantage Program into new verticals by fostering relationships with key partners, uncovering new opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a combination of strategic vision, sales expertise, and relationship management skills to secure and grow partnerships with property management companies, retail locations, large national competitors, and other potential verticals.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to expand the Advantage Program into new verticals, including property management, retail, and other external growth opportunities.
- Identify, prioritize, and pursue high-value sales opportunities that align with the company’s growth goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to define target markets and sales objectives.
Partnership Development
- Build and nurture relationships with potential partners such as property management companies, retail chains, and large national competitors.
- Negotiate, structure, and close partnership agreements to drive program adoption.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and execution of new partnerships.
Sales Process Optimization
- Develop and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Create and maintain sales collateral, presentations, and other tools to support the sales process.
- Leverage sales data and insights to identify trends, improve performance, and optimize strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with operations, marketing, and customer success teams to align on growth initiatives and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with operations to address partner-specific needs and tailor solutions to unique verticals.
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to refine offerings based on customer and partner insights.
Performance Tracking and Reporting
- Monitor sales performance using key metrics and KPIs, including revenue growth, partnership acquisition, and program adoption.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports to leadership, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and prioritize opportunities.
Market Research and Competitor Analysis
- Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity in the HVAC leasing and subscription space.
- Identify new verticals and emerging opportunities to drive program growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Proven track record of identifying and closing high-value partnerships or sales deals.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales strategies, partnership development, and scaling initiatives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with or selling into new verticals (e.g., property management, retail, competitors) is a plus.

Position Summary:
The Compensation Analyst will provide analytical support and assistance in the execution and administration of base pay and variable pay compensation programs. This role will support the variable pay compensation programs as it relates incentive payouts and plan design/ documentation and communication. Additionally this role supports the design and communication of base pay structures, grades, compensation budgets, and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducts market analysis to assign pay grade recommendations for roles ensure the company’s compensation practices are competitive. Benchmark roles against external data sources and internal pay structures.
- Communicates pay grades, compensation budgets, guidelines and compensation policies.
- Assists with variable pay design, administration and communication.
- Advises managers on making effective pay decisions that support employee engagement and comply with compensation policy and budgetary guidelines.
- Ensures the accuracy of all job data contained within HRIS and other systems, and follows up on outstanding issues to resolves discrepancies.
- Partners with Payroll, HRIS, and HR Business Partners as needed to provide guidance and solutions on compensation related matters.
- Conducts Annual Compensation Review (merit) and variable pay plan process.
- Partners with the Talent Acquisition team to review offer letters for promotions and new roles. May create/revise job descriptions.
- Develops compensation related materials and/or communications to assist managers and employees in understanding and participating in compensation processes.
- Manages company relocation process for employees, including working with attorneys for immigration if needed.
- Ensures compliance with local/state/federal laws, regulations, company policies and Business Conduct Guidelines (ex. FLSA, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Bachelors’ degree in human resources, finance, or other business related field
- One (1) to three (3) years compensation analysis experience
- Strong analytical background
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Accountability
- Consultative skills: The ability to partner to understand needs and deliver solutions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality required
- Excellent interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proven acuity in MS office suite, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint with Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
