Nous recherchons un(e) Gestionnaire Principal(e), Partenaire RH et Expérience Employé pour être la principale présence RH dans notre bureau de Montréal, en soutien aux équipes des fonctions corporatives et à tous les employés à travers le Canada. En collaboration étroite avec la Directrice RHBP basée à Boston, vous mettrez en œuvre des initiatives à l’échelle de l’entreprise, fournirez des conseils RH au quotidien, et jouerez un rôle clé dans l’amélioration de l’expérience employé dans nos bureaux canadiens.

Le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) possède une expérience antérieure en tant que responsable RH autonome sur site, avec un soutien à des cadres de niveau VP ou supérieur.


Vos responsabilités

  • Agir en tant que responsable RH basé(e) au Canada, en tant que partenaire de confiance pour les employés et gestionnaires sur place, tout en assurant une cohérence avec les équipes RHBP et COE globales.
  • Conformité : Veiller au respect des lois du travail dans tous les sites canadiens, incluant : affichage des lois locales et nationales, traduction française conforme, gestion de la performance conforme, etc.
  • Soutenir l’exécution des programmes RH clés (ex. : gestion de la performance, engagement, revues de talents, changements organisationnels) dans un environnement dynamique et connecté à l’échelle mondiale.
  • Engagement des employés : Participer à la planification et à l’organisation des événements d’engagement. Gérer de manière autonome l’approche événementielle, le budget d’engagement et l’expérience globale des employés.
  • Coordonner l’intégration des nouveaux employés au Canada, en assurant une expérience fluide grâce à une planification réfléchie avant l’entrée en poste, une exécution efficace du premier jour, et une bonne adéquation avec les attentes culturelles et opérationnelles.
  • Développement des talents : Collaborer avec l’équipe Talent Acceleration pour concevoir et animer des sessions de développement, des formations en leadership et des revues de talents à travers le Canada.
  • Contribuer aux initiatives de conception organisationnelle et de changement, en participant à la modélisation, à la documentation et à la mise en œuvre selon l’évolution de l’entreprise.
  • Servir de lien avec l’équipe RH élargie, en orientant les employés vers les bonnes ressources (ex. : rémunération globale, paie, formation) tout en assurant une réponse fluide et efficace à leurs questions.
  • Superviser la logistique et les opérations quotidiennes du bureau de Montréal, en veillant à ce qu’il offre un environnement productif, collaboratif, sécuritaire et bien fonctionnel.
  • Être un(e) partenaire local(e) de confiance pour les leaders au Canada, en fournissant des conseils RH en temps réel, en renforçant les politiques et processus, et en assurant l’alignement avec les pratiques de l’entreprise.

Ce que vous apportez

  • Minimum de 7 ans d’expérience progressive en RH
  • Expérience dans le soutien à des équipes corporatives en forte croissance et à haute performance
  • Excellente compréhension organisationnelle et bon jugement; capable de gérer les nuances et d’escalader au besoin
  • Capacité démontrée à travailler de manière autonome tout en restant connecté(e) à une équipe RH élargie
  • Communication claire et assurée, avec capacité d’influence à plusieurs niveaux
  • Expérience en conception organisationnelle, intégration, gestion de la performance et relations avec les employés
  • Disponibilité pour voyager à Mississauga et Needham, MA selon les besoins (jusqu’à 10 % du temps)

 

 

We’re looking for a Sr Manager, HRBP and People Experience to be the key HR presence in our Montreal office, supporting our Corporate Functions teams and all employees across Canada. Partnering closely with the Director, HRBP in Boston, you’ll execute enterprise-wide initiatives, provide day-to-day HR counsel, and take the lead on shaping the employee experience across our Canada offices.

The ideal candidate has previous experience being an independent site HR leader, supporting up to SVP-level leadership.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the Canada-based HR lead, serving as a go-to partner for employees and managers on the ground while aligning closely with the broader HRBP and COE teams.
  • Compliance: Ensure employment law compliance across Canada sites, including: local & national employment posters, accurate French translation, compliant performance management, and more.
  • Support execution of key HR programs (e.g., performance management, engagement, talent reviews, org changes) as part of a fast-paced, globally connected HR team.
  • Employee Engagement: Assist with planning & set-up for employee engagement events. Independently drive event approach, engagement budget management, and overall employee experience.
  • Coordinate onboarding and new hire integration in Canada, ensuring a seamless experience through thoughtful pre-start onboarding plans, smooth day one execution, and strong alignment with cultural and operational expectations.
  • Talent Development: Work closely with the Talent Acceleration team to design & facilitate development sessions, leadership training, and talent reviews across Canada.
  • Partner on organizational design and change initiatives, contributing to modeling, documentation, and implementation efforts as the business evolves.
  • Serve as a connector to the broader HR team, guiding employees to the right resources (e.g., Total Rewards, Payroll, L&D) while ensuring questions are addressed and support feels seamless.
  • Oversee the logistics and daily operations of the Montreal office space, ensuring it supports a productive, collaborative, safe and well-functioning environment for the team.
  • Be a trusted local partner to Canada leadership, providing in-the-moment HR guidance, reinforcing policy and process, and ensuring alignment with enterprise practices.

What You’ll Bring

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Experience supporting high-growth, high-performing corporate teams
  • Strong organizational awareness and judgment; able to navigate nuance and escalate when appropriate
  • Proven ability to work independently while staying connected to a broader HR team
  • Clear and confident communicator, able to influence at multiple levels
  • Experience in org design, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
  • Willingness to travel to Mississauga and Needham, MA as needed (up to 10% of the time)
