This role blends strategic concept development with hands-on execution, giving you the opportunity to influence creative direction while ensuring design excellence through production. As a senior individual contributor, you will lead concept exploration, 3D form development, and precision craftsmanship, applying DFM and assembly best practices to bring ideas to life. You will balance big-picture vision with executional rigor, creating products that are iconic, manufacturable, and consumer-focused.
You will partner closely with the Global Industrial Design and CMF teams, Product Development, Marketing, Engineering, and Manufacturing partners. This is where your SharkNinja journey begins. You’re an explorer—not a tour guide—driven by curiosity, fueled by taking chances, and unwilling to fly under the radar. Here, bold moves turn into real impact, growth comes from challenge, and your work helps shape what’s next.
