What You’ll Do 

We are looking for a People Experience Administrator to join the People & Culture EMEA team in Leeds. Reporting to the Senior People Operations Manager, this role provides essential administrator support across core people processes, ensuring accurate data management and a flawless employee experience through the employee lifecycle.  

Administrative and Operational  

  • Support the People team by acting as an initial point of contact for everyday People queries, escalating more complex issues as needed.  
  • Maintain and update employee records in our HRIS and electronic folders, ensuring accuracy and data protection compliance.  
  • Assist with payroll administration by preparing and inputting data, gathering supporting documentation, and following approval workflows. 
  • Provide administrative support for benefits, including enrolments and responding to employee queries.  
  • Prepare People documentation such as employment contracts, contractual amendments, and employee verification using consistent templates.  
  • Actively monitor and manage the People Experience inbox, responding to queries and directing requests appropriately.  

People Experience 

  • Support the onboarding process, including preparing documentation, coordinating employee inductions, and ensuring system access is set up. 
  • Assist with pre-employment verification and Right to Work documentation.  
  • Maintain accurate records of employee lifecycle changes (e.g. new hires, leavers, internal moves) 
  • Support the People team to deliver consistent and positive employee experiences across all markets.  

HR Projects & Initiatives  

  • Provide administrative support on People projects and initiaties as required.  
  • Assist with updates to People systems, processes, and documentation.  
  • Support the team in maintaining accurate policies and internal communications.  
  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities to streamline administrative tasks.  

What You’ll Bring 

  • Experience in an Administrative or People Support role. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and high volume 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Clear communication skills and a helpful, proactive approach 
  • Ability to handble confidential information with absolute discretion 
  • Experience with People systems and ability to learn fast.
