This role: The Early Edge Rotational Program: Finance & Accounting Track is part of SharkNinja’s Early Edge Experience, a structured, high-impact early career program designed to develop the next generation of SharkNinja talent. Over the course of an 18-month program, participants will complete three 6-month rotations across key Finance functions: Commercial Finance, Costing, and Inventory.
Each participant will begin in a designated starting rotation and rotate through all three functions, gaining broad exposure to SharkNinja’s financial operations and building a strong foundation in FP&A and Accounting.
This role works closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional partners across Product Development, Supply Chain, Marketing, Operations, and Commercial teams to support financial analysis, reporting, and business decision-making in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
This program is designed to build a strong pipeline of future SharkNinja Finance talent, with the goal of converting high-performing participants into full-time roles aligned to business needs in January 2028, immediately following program completion. While conversion is not guaranteed, it is a key objective of the program and is based on individual performance and business needs.
Here are some of the EXCITING things you'll get to do:
- Participate in three rotational assignments across core Finance functions (Inventory, Commercial Finance, Costing), gaining broad exposure to SharkNinja’s Financial business
- Support preparation and analysis of financial reports, including product costing, Retailer P&Ls, and inventory-related metrics
- Build financial models and analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Partner cross-functionally with teams such as Product Development, Supply Chain, and Marketing to support business initiatives
- Prepare and post monthly and quarterly journal entries
- Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis processes
- Help track key initiatives such as cost optimization, value engineering, and margin improvement efforts
- Prepare monthly reconciliations
- Contribute to SOX compliance and SharkNinja’s control environment
- Analyze large datasets and translate findings into clear, actionable insights
- Support process improvement initiatives, including reporting automation and development of standardized templates
- Prepare presentations and materials that communicate financial insights to stakeholders
- Participate in program-wide learning, mentorship, and development opportunities, including presentations at the end of each 6-month rotation
ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:
- Education: Must have graduated from a bachelor’s or master’s program within the past year, with a preference for 2026 graduates
- Academic concentration in Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred
- Must be able to work a full-time, 40 hours per week schedule with a minimum of 2 days per week onsite in Needham, MA
- Must have prior related internship or co-op experience in a related role
- If using F-1 OPT work authorization, must have OPT work authorization through March 2028 or later
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills required, especially the need to have strong modeling skills in Excel and fluency in creating PowerPoint presentations
- High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional partners.

Interview Process
Our interview process is designed to help us get to know how you think, solve problems, and collaborate.
- Application Review: Candidate applications will be initially screened by our Early Talent team.
- Innovation Prompt: A selected pool of candidates will be invited to complete a short, one-page exercise focused on real-world Finance thinking (to be submitted within one week of invitation)..
- Prompt Review: Our team reviews submissions using a structured evaluation approach.
- Interviews: Candidates who advance will be invited to interview and will be scheduled for four interview conversations.
- One 15-minute interview/program overview with the Early Talent team
- Three 30-minute interviews with team members across the Finance functions in this rotational program (Commercial Finance, Costing, and Inventory)

Salary and Other Compensation: The hourly salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Hourly Pay Range
$32 - $34 USD
