The products in millions of kitchens and living rooms started as a sketch on someone's desk here. We're hiring Mechanical Engineers to take the next generation of Shark and Ninja products from rough concept to retail shelf — fast, and with your fingerprints all over them.

What you'll do
- Own design studies that crack real technical and consumer problems — solo and alongside the team
- Move an idea from sketch to CAD layout to 3D model to working prototype, fast, and use each step to prove or kill the concept
- Carry designs through concept, CAD, prototyping, and verification
- Apply rigorous engineering fundamentals so solutions hold up in the real world, not just on screen
- Build and test prototypes in our on-site labs, then turn results into clear recommendations
- Partner closely with our UK and China Product Development teams so good ideas survive the journey to production
- Make your teammates better — we take a team approach, and everyone here has a voice
What you'll bring
Required
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design Engineering, Industrial Design Engineering, or similar technical field
- 1–3 years in mechanical, product, or industrial design
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or Creo
- Experience taking real products to market
- Ability to identify, solve, implement, and verify technical solutions independently while working as part of a team
- Comfort in a hands-on lab environment (training provided)
- A collaborative, entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
Nice to have
- Consumer goods or household appliance experience
- Plastic manufacturing process knowledge
- Working appreciation for electrical engineering, software, or UX design

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Pay Range
$63,800 - $95,000 USD
