Position Overview
We're seeking a Director, Media Analytics – LATAM to lead full-funnel media measurement — spanning social, digital, retail, and traditional channels — across Mexico, Brazil, and the growing LATAM market. This is a player-coach role: you'll directly manage our Social Analytics Manager for the region today, while building the broader team and operating model this function will need as it grows.
This role carries the same capabilities we're building across the org — AI-powered, agent-driven insight generation and strong stakeholder management — applied here across the full media mix, not just social. You'll be hands-on with the hardest analyses yourself while also shaping the longer-term vision for the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Regional Leadership: Serve as the media analytics lead for LATAM, developing strategy while also executing hands-on analytics work across the full media mix.
- Team Management & Development: Directly manage the region's Social Analytics Manager today, while shaping the team's future headcount, roles, and structure as it scales.
- Full-Funnel Analytics: Lead measurement across all media types — digital, social, retail, and traditional — integrating data into a single, holistic view of performance.
- AI-Driven Insight Generation: Direct the use of AI agents against media and marketing data to surface signal faster — orchestrating intelligent tools against good data, not manual reporting.
- Signal Detection: Proactively identify signals, anomalies, or emerging patterns in media and market data to flag risks or opportunities before they escalate.
- Macro Analysis: Assess how media investment contributes not just to channel-level optimization but to overall business efficiency and growth.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the go-to analytics partner across a broad and growing set of stakeholders — regional marketing, brand, social, and finance leaders — managing competing priorities with clarity and poise.
- Testing & Measurement Roadmaps: Drive the LATAM test-and-learn agenda, including MMM, attribution, incrementality, and rapid experimentation.
- Insight Communication: Deliver compelling, concise narratives that influence executives and accelerate decision-making.
Attributes & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in marketing/media analytics, with proven leadership responsibility.
- Deep expertise in media measurement across digital and traditional channels, with strong knowledge of social platform analytics (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) as well.
- Experience applying advanced data visualization, statistical modeling, and forecasting techniques.
- A genuine curiosity for AI-powered and agentic workflows, with a track record of using them to scale insight generation beyond what manual analysis could deliver.
- Ability to both do the work and set the vision for building a regional team — this role starts as a player-coach and grows from there.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to navigate a broad, cross-functional set of priorities across regional and global partners.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and executive presence.
- Fluency in Spanish and English required.
Work Environment
This is a primarily on-site role based in Mexico City, Mexico, with flexibility to work from home 1–2 days per week.
