We are currently seeking a Sales and Marketing Director (Director of Community Relations) who is passionate about making a difference for our Bellevue Community!

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales and marketing, or equivalent education and training.
- Experience with Alzheimer’s care and related services highly desirable.
- Strong communication, presentation, and CRM/database management skills.
- Professional or volunteer experience with Alzheimer’s organizations is a plus.
- This role requires a valid driver’s license and a good driving record as a condition of employment. Associates must comply with all state and federal driving regulations
- Associates in roles requiring driving are responsible for maintaining a valid and active driver’s license. Failure to maintain a valid license may result in reassignment, suspension, or termination in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Must have own transportation
- You may be required to work outside of your regular hours depending on business needs
What you'll be doing:
- Serve as a core member of the Community Leadership Team; participate in daily meetings and perform Manager-On-Duty duties as needed.
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to move-in; maintain CRM accuracy and report weekly activity and conversion metrics.
- Develop and execute territory plans, outreach schedules, and referral source management.
- Coordinate timely tours, follow-ups, assessments, and operational hand-offs for move-in readiness.
- Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, senior services, and community partners.
- Represent the community at events and outreach activities; ~50% of time spent in the field.
- Promote Silverado services to families and professionals, including permanent placement, respite, and end-of-life care.
- Lead strategic follow-up efforts and champion family referral programs.
- Analyze CRM data to refine sales tactics and outreach strategies.
- Uphold company policies, confidentiality, and brand standards in all communications.
- Respond to urgent matters outside regular hours as needed.
- Maintain professionalism and compassion when supporting individuals with dementia or cognitive impairments.
- Navigate emotionally intense situations with residents and families, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.

Anticipated pay range
$120,000 - $125,000 USD
