We’re looking for a Senior HRBP to support our Sales & Marketing organization in New York. This role partners closely with Sales and Marketing leaders to translate business strategy into strong org design, talent, and team effectiveness with a very hands-on, business-first approach.

The role reports to the VP of HR for Sales & Marketing and also serves as the regional HR leader for the NY teams, owning employee relations, office engagement, and the day-to-day people experience in the region.

The role is for someone who enjoys being in the business, walking with leaders through real challenges, and helping teams perform better through practical, on-the-ground HR partnership

In addition, the role includes operational responsibilities such as ensuring compliance with U.S. employment laws, supporting employee relations with sound judgment, and partnering with Payroll and Finance for accurate payroll processing. The HRBP will work with systems like ADP, maintain accurate employee records, and support core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.

This is the perfect job for someone who:

  • Has 7+ years of HR experience, ideally in fast-paced tech or SaaS environments
  • Brings strong experience partnering with Sales and/or Marketing leadership
  • Has a hands-on, pragmatic style with strong judgment and people skills
  • Is experienced in managing employee relations and navigating complex workplace situations
  • Has solid knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR compliance (with strong preference for New York expertise)
  • Is familiar with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., ADP) and understands core payroll processes and controls
  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree or higher

The base salary range for this position in New York City is $120,000 to $180,000 + benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K plan, potential equity, employee stock purchase plan and paid sick and parental leave.

Individual compensation is based upon a number of factors, including qualifications and relevant experience.

The base salary range above is for the New York City metro area, and could vary for candidates in other locations.
