The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for the full spectrum of marketing at SimplifyNext – spanning digital demand generation, field marketing, GTM strategy, and regional marketing across Malaysia, Thailand, and future new markets. This is a broad, hands-on role that goes well beyond digital: you will own end-to-end marketing execution, partner with sales and leadership on go-to-market planning, and build scalable marketing programmes that drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue across ASEAN.

The ideal candidate is a versatile marketing generalist with a strong B2B background, a start-up mentality, and the ability to operate both strategically and tactically. You take ownership, move fast, and bring structure to ambiguity. This role reports directly to senior leadership and sits at the heart of SimplifyNext’s commercial growth. As the company scales, there is a clear path to building and leading a regional marketing team.

What you’ll do:

  • Own and drive the overall marketing strategy for SimplifyNext, aligning closely with business goals, sales objectives, and regional growth priorities across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and new markets.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) plans for new service lines, product launches, and market entries – working closely with leadership and the sales team to define positioning, messaging, and launch execution.
  • Plan and execute field marketing activities including industry events, conferences, roundtables, webinars, and partner activations to generate pipeline and strengthen SimplifyNext’s presence in key markets.
  • Lead regional marketing for Malaysia, Thailand and future new markets, developing localised campaigns and programmes that reflect each market’s nuances while staying consistent with the SimplifyNext brand. Support onboarding of future new entities as the company expands.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across regions, including SEO, SEM, paid social, email marketing, and content marketing – optimising for both awareness and demand generation.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy – thought leadership, case studies, solution briefs, and social content – that reinforces SimplifyNext’s positioning as the leading AI and automation consultancy in ASEAN.
  • Partner with the sales team on pipeline development – supporting lead nurturing, enquiry management, sales enablement materials, and CRM utilisation to drive conversion and accelerate deals.
  • Manage and maintain brand consistency across all channels and markets – ensuring SimplifyNext shows up cohesively whether online, at events, or through partner activations.
  • Build and manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, media partners, and technology partners (e.g. ServiceNow, AWS, Microsoft, Google, AI platform partners) to amplify marketing reach and co-create joint marketing initiatives.
  • Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing programmes across channels and markets – using data to continuously optimise and demonstrate impact on pipeline and revenue.
  • Support internal communications, employer branding, and community engagement initiatives including university partnerships, hackathons, and industry events.

What you’ll bring

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with demonstrable exposure across digital marketing, field marketing, GTM strategy, and regional marketing – ideally within the tech, consulting, or professional services sector.
  • Proven track record in planning and executing field marketing programmes – events, roundtables, webinars, partner co-marketing – and attributing these to pipeline outcomes.
  • Experience in regional marketing across Southeast Asia, particularly Malaysia and/or Thailand – understanding of local market dynamics, channel preferences, and cultural nuances.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing execution – SEO/SEM, paid social (LinkedIn, Meta), email marketing, and content distribution. Working knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and similar platforms.
  • Strong GTM and strategic marketing instincts – you can translate business objectives into marketing plans, define ICP and messaging, and work cross-functionally with sales and leadership to bring it to life.
  • Comfortable being the primary marketing resource at a lean, fast-growing company – you are used to rolling up your sleeves and getting things done without a large team behind you.
  • Working knowledge of Figma or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
