We are seeking a dynamic Head of Enterprise Technology to lead our technology operations and drive enterprise-wide IT service excellence. This role will be pivotal in defining and executing our technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements and fostering a culture of ownership and collaboration.
Your Role
- Define and implement the enterprise technology roadmap in alignment with overall business goals
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud services
- Manage the selection, deployment, and lifecycle of enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM)
- Ensure the security, availability, and performance of all IT systems
- Lead contract negotiations and relationships with technology vendors and service providers
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of IT professionals across infrastructure, enterprise applications, and support
- Optimize IT spend while exploring opportunities for innovation and digital transformation
- Oversee Identity and Access Management practices and protocols

- Over 10 years of experience in IT, with 5 years in a leadership role overseeing multi-disciplinary IT support and service management teams
- Demonstrated expertise in business process improvement, project management, and large-scale technology implementations
- Proven ability to lead by example, empower and trust your team, and act as a mentor
- Strong knowledge of enterprise IT systems, architecture, and operations
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Strong understanding with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements related to IT operation
- Proactive, accountable, and ownership-driven
- Strong collaborator with excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify and explain complex topics to different stakeholders
- Self-reflective and open to constructive feedback
- Agile and adaptable in fast-paced environments
- Driven by continuous learning and growth
