Senior Credit Analytic Manager (d/f/m) at Solaris

Your Role
- Risk Modelling in Own and drive credit risk model development, validation, and reporting with respect to Automatic underwriting (Decision Engine), Loan loss provisioning (IFRS 9) and Credit cycle process enhancement.
- Support Head of Credit, e.g. for Risk Committee, Run regular credit portfolio reports , Co-prepare regular qualitative portfolio review with action proposals to keep credit risk exposure within risk appetite.
- Credit Risk Governance - Improve Credit Risk process automation data driven , Implement/keep adequate analytic governance/documentation, support conceptual consistency of credit processes, credit model and credit portfolio management.
- Regular review and updates of applicable procedures
- Responsible for closing audit findings in the respective focus area.
- Train CRM and Solaris staff on credit risk principles.
- Project related tasks, e.g. development of new loan product.

Hard skills:
- Detailed description of the specific technical competencies’ employees learns through school or on-the-job training.
- A University degree or a comparable qualification, ideally with focus on mathematics, physics, economics, econometrics, banking business administration or similar
- 5 + years of relevant work experience in credit risk management in a bank or financial institution.
- At least 4 years of experience in transferring data-driven results into operational processes and decision making with focus on credit management (e.g. LLP/IFRS9)
- Experience of financial products with respect to credit loans, process setup and loan documentation processes, credit risk management and/or credit structuring
- Experience in advanced excel, SQL, Python, Tableau and/or excel, SQL, Python, Tableau and/or HTML.
- Credit Bureaus knowledge and Experience regulatory requirements for respective focus area would be a plus
- German speaking would be a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Hands-on and “driving the change”-mindset.
- Reliable, solution-oriented, independent working method.
- Used to working under pressure / on tight deadlines.
- Stakeholder management for multiple tasks and good communication skills.
- Passionate about Credit and always wanted to improve “old fashioned” processes end-to-end with new approaches and technology.
