Your Future Team
You will join our B2C team made up of web, Android, and iOS developers, focused on building and improving a mobile banking app and onboarding experience for the ADAC project. In this role, you will be one of the team’s product owner, collaborating closely with stakeholders across marketing, legal, and other departments to deliver a seamless and user centric customer experience.
Your Role
- End-to-End Product Management: Take full ownership of a product sub-domain, from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Together with the Engineering and Design counterparts form the leadership team for the domain.
- Stakeholder Collaboration and Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, clearly communicating product visions, strategies, and updates.
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Contribute to the creation and execution of product roadmaps, setting clear priorities and milestones.
- Agile Leadership and Team Guidance: Implement and refine agile methodologies within the development team to enhance productivity and delivery quality.
- Solution Design and Innovation: Drive the development of solutions that meet market needs and user expectations, staying ahead of industry trends and applying creative thinking to solve problems.
- Operational Excellence and Compliance: You participate in the proactive identification, management, and mitigation of risks and findings within your product domain, aligning with Solaris' compliance and policy standards.

- 3-5 years of experience in product management
- Knowledge of agile frameworks to manage product development cycles efficiently, including sprint planning, backlog management, and retrospectives.
- Understanding of technical aspects of API, including the ability to work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements and envision solution architectures.
- Leadership in developing customer facing product on native mobile apps (iOS & Android) and web development technology
- Analytical skills analyse market data, customer feedback, and product performance metrics to make product decisions, prioritise features, and measure success.
- Keeping the backlog prioritised, transparent to all stakeholders and well understood by the development team so they can deliver effectively.
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders, such as customer support, marketing and legal to ensure a seamless and compliant integration of customer facing features.
- German language and banking / FinTech experience are a plus
