Digital Ecommerce Analyst (UX)

We are looking for a UX leader who is a site experience and visual storyteller, has a strong grasp of business goals, user needs, and site experience insights to understand UX problems, and can translate them into engaging, intuitive, and on-brand solutions. The ideal candidate has a passion for emerging technology and strong experience partnering with multi-disciplinary teams.
The position will report to Associate Director, E-Commerce Merchandising.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of website traffic, user behavior, and eCommerce metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for digital testing vision.
- Lead strategy and priorities through behavioral reporting, user surveys, and tests
- Own A/B testing to measure the impact of website changes and recommendations
- Present insights to relevant stakeholders in a digestible format
- Maintain an organized library of results for future reference
- Benchmark ideas and proposals against other web sites or recent studies
- Own overall site health: define metrics and cadence of reporting, strategize improvement and project manage implementation of optimizations
- Become the team expert on user behavior on site, sharing learnings with other teams to drive conversion rate
- Partner with our site team and developers to identify high-impact tests and site updates that are engaging, purposeful and add value over time.
- Strategize and project manage the execution of the A/B testing roadmap for dotcom, laddering up the tests to DTC business goals, and proving incremental value over time.
- Own tech implementation on site and vetting set up of new tools with Ecomm team
- Partner with Ecommerce Merchandising and CMI teams to create and execute research plans across qualitative and quantitative user research, analyze findings, and identify solutions
- Responsible for socialization of user behavior on-site to total organization
- Manage ADA accessibility compliance and on-going certification
- Be the team expert on emerging technology landscape
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in ecommerce
- 2-3+ years of experience leading and managing a team
- Demonstrated experience working with Shopify
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the testing and design process
- Ability to strategically present work holistically and to team members of various levels of seniority
- Champion of new ideas
- Proven experience in dynamic/agile working environment
- Strong project management, analytical and presentation skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Beauty industry a plus
- Project management within JIRA preferred
- Experience with User Testing, or similar user survey platform, a plus

Salary Range
$110,000 - $125,000 USD
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
