What You’ll Do
In conjunction with the Associate Director of Retail Marketing, the Assistant Manager will support the growth and development of Sol de Janeiro in the LATAM region and Sephora at Kohl’s. He/She will assist in executing omnichannel marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive traffic in each channel to maximize growth potential, drive long term profitability and build brand equity.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans including all digital marketing, visual merchandising, sampling strategies, promotional activities, and product launches at Sephora Mexico, Sephora Brazil, Blush Bar, and Sephora at Kohl’s.
- Partner closely with Key Account team to deliver retailer business needs such as product requests, sampling, collateral, and assets to support launches and drive core.
- In partnership with retailer merchant team, deliver best-in-class product page assets and copy and pitch loyalty program participation to drive sales volume, new client acquisition, and brand retention.
- Manage LATAM regional translations across omnichannel marketing deliverables for accounts.
- Assist in the presentation development, meeting prep, and follow-up of seasonal Market Meetings for accounts.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to submit and manage all creative requests/briefs to ensure timely development and optimal effectiveness of all marketing programs.
- Maintain team’s marketing and merchandising calendars for accounts.
- Partner with cross functional teams to brief and traffic retailer specific advertising, promotions, and supporting digital content including paid and social media.
- In partnership with cross functional influencer and social teams, brief and deliver content to use on Sephora channels.
Must Haves
- • Bachelor’s degree required minimum.
• 3+ years of marketing experience in cosmetics/beauty industry is highly desired.
• Experience in Sephora is a plus.
• Experience in Latin America region a plus.
• Located in NYC Metro Area with ability to go into office 3 days a week.
• Attention to detail and organizational/time management skills.
• Ability to balance priorities across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Desire to work in a strong team environment. Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of competitive marketplace, online space, and specialty store retail environment.
• PC Proficiency (Microsoft Suite); Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.

Salary Range
$75,000 - $85,000 USD
