Director, E-Commerce and Growth Marketing
We are looking for a Director of E-commerce & Growth Marketing at Sollis Health to lead the vision and strategy for our e-commerce platform while optimizing paid marketing channels to attract new customers. This role will act as a vital bridge between our marketing team and both internal Product and Operations teams, as well as our external digital media agency.
This individual will play a crucial role in defining and steering all digital product development to align with our business goals within the e-commerce and sollishealth.com spaces. Working closely with the commercial product manager, they will oversee major enhancements and continuous improvements to our website. The Director will also be responsible for selecting the appropriate MarTech infrastructure to enhance our marketing and sales operations. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, this position requires a highly collaborative approach, partnering closely with leaders across Marketing, Finance, Membership/Sales, Member Services, and Product.
Hybrid position 2 days/week in NYC HQ
Responsibilities
- Oversee the strategy behind our paid digital investments and media mix, serving as the point person to our media planning and digital agency
- Work with external consultants to identify, contract and execute our local and national paid media investments, with accountability to driving users further into the funnel.
- Be accountable to support the BI functions of the business to ensure accurate marketing attribution reporting, supporting any enhancements or implementations and work in partnership with our revenue and finance teams to offer a clear view of commercial business reporting
- Own weekly and monthly reporting on media performance
- Identify new strategies and most effective channels to move customers from “Awareness” to acquisition quickly
- Identify key growth opportunities
- Focus on website optimization and ranking, working closely with our IT and Engineering teams, and managing our Growth Marketing Manager, who oversees SEO and CRO on site
- Be data-driven and oriented with a strong inclination to developing company-wide insights on marketing performance and sharing information regularly
- Be a core information owner and communicator for stakeholders, sponsors, and leadership both for status as well as to evangelize digital product benefits.
- Build and maintain exceptionally strong relationships with delivery partners including marketing, product, revenue, IT, operations, clinical, and more
- Meet and aim to exceed paid marketing-driven lead and revenue goals
- Contribute to a detailed and robust product roadmap
- Performs related duties as requested
Experience
We believe extraordinary people come from a variety of backgrounds, but ideally, we would expect that you have:
- 8+ years of marketing experience
- 3-5 years experience as a growth marketing leader at a B2C company, ideally in subscription or services, healthcare or wellness preferred
- Keen understand of Meta and Google platforms and optimization strategies
- Experience working with Google tools, specifically Ads Manager and Analytics
- Experience providing a BI perspective to marketing reporting
- Experience working closely with Product Managers within a consumer-first digital products organization, commercial brand or related agency
- Demonstrated competency in leading digital products or software solution with measurable business results
- Demonstrated competency using digital products and solutions to meet business goals, enact organizational change, or realize commercial opportunities.
- Demonstrated competency in setting and meeting key performance indicators, success criteria, and business impacts.
- Ability to show innovative and intuitive decision-making that has led to project, product, or program success.
- Experience which demonstrates intellectual curiosity, and creativity when it comes to identifying and chasing new audiences for Sollis
- Demonstrated ability managing multiple priorities, stakeholders, initiatives in a structured fashion.
- Mastery in communication skill set to partners, peers, managers, and stakeholders
- Strong written skills, and strong capability in reporting and presenting data
- Collaborative spirit and passionate about growth
Comp & Benefits:
Range: $160,000-$190,000 per year
This is the anticipated rate/range Sollis Health reasonably expects to pay candidates for this position in New York City. Sollis Health is a multi-state employer and this rate/range may not reflect the pay for positions that are performed solely in localities outside of this location. Actual pay is dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, location, education, etc.
