Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Scale Operations: Oversee a rapidly growing team, operations, and P&L across 10-25 care centers.
- Team Leadership: Manage 3-9 Managers and Directors, while partnering with the Medical Director to support clinicians and care teams.
- Growth & Development: Identify and expand new care center locations, ensuring operational excellence and integrated care delivery.
- Revenue Cycle Management: Oversee key financial processes, including collections, registration, eligibility, and compliance.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with market and central growth teams to drive expansion and optimize performance.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics to inform strategies and operational improvements.
- Culture & Leadership: Foster a mission-driven, values-based culture while coaching and developing your team.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years in operations and people leadership with a track record of building high-performance teams.
- Leadership & Drive: Action-oriented problem solver with tenacity, strong communication skills, and a passion for best-in-class patient care.
- Culture & Values: Mission-driven leader who embodies empathy and fosters a values-based work environment.
- Flexibility & Travel: Ability to visit care centers at least three days per week, sometimes on short notice.

Annual base salary targeted in the range of: $150,000 - $175,000 plus bonus potential
