Remote Summer Intern – Global Solution Engineering programs and operations

This is a 100% remote internship supporting Global Solution Engineering programs and operations. The role is ideal for someone who is eager to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes while leveraging knowledge of Sales Force, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Forms, Power BI, Power Automate and API/Json scripting to drive data-driven insights and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with global teams to analyze, visualize, and automate data-driven reports using Sales Force, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Forms, Power BI, Power Automate API/Json scripting.
  • Support operations projects by streamlining reporting, dashboards, and workflow automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and enhance decision-making through data insights.
  • Assist in developing automated reporting solutions to optimize processes and enhance business performance.
  • Stay up to date with the latest data analytics and automation technologies, applying best practices to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Characteristics of the Intern:

  • Quick learner, eager to explore new technologies and adapt to evolving processes.
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong analytical mindset to interpret and present data effectively.
  • Results-driven, with a passion for problem-solving and optimizing workflows.
  • Strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively in a global remote environment.
  • Self-motivated, able to manage tasks independently while contributing to a larger team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros), Power BI (data visualization, DAX), and Power Automate (workflow automation, integrations).
  • Understanding of data analysis, reporting automation, and process optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to driving business outcomes.
  • Experience working in a global or remote team environment is a plus.
