Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sr. Program Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of business applications and data management projects, initiatives, and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering software solutions using agile principles and experience with key applications in CRM, ERP, HRIS, and Data Warehouse. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with broad technical knowledge who can view applications and systems from a product perspective and make sound business decisions. The successful candidate will build strong partnerships with Sales, Marketing, Product, HR, Legal, and Customer Support.

The Sr. Program Manager should be adept at managing competing resources and priorities, able to hit the ground running, and navigate through ambiguous situations. The ideal candidate must be solutions-oriented, capable of tackling issues, identifying and mitigating risks, recognizing dependencies, and solving problems. The Sr. Program Manager must be able to deliver successful projects and initiatives efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects across business application and data management platforms using Agile methodologies.
  • Drive end-to-end program execution, from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Connect the dots, understand why, and see dependencies with our systems/applications and resources; collaborate with internal stakeholder teams to determine priorities.
  • Effectively communicate objectives, project milestones, status, and dependencies in a timely manner to team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Work closely with project team members on their commitments, milestones, resource allocations, and deliverables during projects and initiatives.
  • Identify, track, and resolve issues and mitigate risks; proactively address potential roadblocks that may inhibit overall project progress or release success and report/escalate them to the appropriate stakeholder.
  • Manage interdependencies across projects and teams, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
  • Recognize and escalate up and downstream impacts to dependent stakeholders.
  • Context switch effectively between projects and priorities, maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Represent IT in cross-functional/team meetings and recognize when IT applications and systems require changes to meet customer requirements.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and initiative by proactively taking ownership of unfamiliar issues that may impact IT, ensuring they are thoroughly investigated and resolved.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

  • A BA/BS degree in MIS or a related technical discipline.
  • 10 years of experience in program/project management with business applications and data warehouse.
  • Proven experience building solid work relationships and partnerships.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts, plans, and project status to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Direct experience with one of the following: Salesforce, Oracle Financials, UKG, and Snowflake.
  • High analytical and problem-solving skills; able to document specifications, organize material, and analyze a wide variety of facts and data to make appropriate recommendations.
  • Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience driving cross-functional collaboration and leading teams to successful delivery.
  • Operates with urgency, focus, and discipline.
