Accounts Payable Analyst

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for full cycle AP: invoice entry, data processing, approval routing, and payments.
• Research information to provide accurate and timely solutions to internal clients and vendors at multiple locations.
• Understanding and knowledge of EU VAT & International GST.
• Vendor account reconciliations and statement review to actively resolve overdue vendor accounts.
• Consistently meet deadlines and identify/escalate any issues to Accounting Manager.

Requirements:  

• Oracle R12 experience required.
• Experience using CitiDirect and JPMorgan banking platform preferred.
• Be able to work collaboratively with other team members and independently.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills with focus on customer service.
• Manage and organize vendor files.
• Manage 100+ global vendor relationships.

Education and Experience:  

• At least 3 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 1 year and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience preferred .
