As an Applications Administrator, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to our leading technology initiatives and support enterprise-level solutions across multiple platforms, with a primary focus on Microsoft 365. We are seeking an individual who consistently demonstrates strong technical skills and a collaborative approach to ensure the seamless operation of our collaboration tools. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-level solutions across the Microsoft 365 apps, and potentially other SaaS apps, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure architectures. 

  • Perform core application maintenance, manage technical debt, assist with integrations, and support license provisioning operations and automation to ensure high availability and reliability. 

  • Support the implementation and management of security measures, including data loss prevention (DLP), eDiscovery, device compliance, and collaboration barriers. 

 

  • Contribute to the creation and documentation of runbooks, outlining policies, procedures, and expected behaviors to ensure consistent, efficient operations and compliance across all supported platforms.

  • Support tenant migrations, ensuring minimal disruption and seamless transitions to new platforms or systems. 

  • Collaborate with important partners to support the technology roadmap, ensuring its alignment with strategic business objectives and current industry developments. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • 4+ years of proven experience in enterprise platform engineering, successfully implementing and managing Microsoft 365 tenant or similar SaaS platform service offerings, workloads, and solutions. 

  • Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune, PowerShell, Power Platform, and other M365 apps, including Exchange Online and messaging gateways. 

  • Proven experience with migrations for apps such as M365 using tools like AvePoint, ShareGate, and Quest Migration Manager. 

  • Ability to implement security measures and ensure compliance with data loss prevention (DLP), eDiscovery, device compliance, and collaboration barriers. 

  • Strong scripting skills to automate processes and enhance productivity across multiple platforms. 

 

Additional Skills: 

  • Experience with AI tools integration and optimization, including Copilot and Copilot Studio.

  • Experience with migration of large data sets. 

  • Experience in a global gaming or similarly large and dynamic industry.

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

$56.83 - $85.29 USD
