  • Establish Governance and Delivery Excellence: Oversee end-to-end program delivery from planning through launch by implementing governance frameworks, risk management, and delivery standards. Apply both Agile and traditional methodologies to drive predictable, scalable outcomes.

  • Bridge Technical and Business Strategy: Leverage deep understanding of distributed systems, infrastructure, and the SDLC to guide decision-making, evaluate trade-offs, and ensure scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that align with business priorities.

  • Champion Change and Leadership: Lead initiatives that enhance operational maturity, scalability, and process efficiency across DTIS and PlayStation Studios. Communicate program progress and impact to executives, and mentor program managers to strengthen organizational capability and culture.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong technical and business insight; able to balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution.

  • Proven success influencing cross-functional, global teams without direct authority.

  • Experience with enterprise applications modernization, automation, and data integration.

  • Expertise in Studio Technology Integration or creative production environments.

  • Experience managing technology integrations for M&A initiatives.

  • Strong knowledge of information security and compliance frameworks.

  • Exceptional communication skills and executive presence.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; advanced degree preferred.

  • Ability to travel as needed and manage distributed, international teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP, SAFe, or CSM certification.

  • Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.

  • Experience in gaming, media, global studio, creative operations or entertainment technology environments.
