Coordinator, Marketing Operations
Are you a detail-oriented creative with a passion for seeing a team succeed through your administrative support and attention to detail? As a Coordinator, Marketing Operations, we're looking for a flexible, self-motivated and driven collaborator with an eye for high-quality work to provide administrative support to the VP, Marketing and Label Strategy and the combined efforts of the marketing team of Provident Entertainment.
What you'll do:
- Provide administrative support to the VP, Marketing & Label Strategy through calendar management, expense reporting, travel management, etc.
- Assist with execution of artist marketing plans, schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and process expense reports for Marketing leadership
- Create PowerPoint slides and presentations with the direction of the VP, Marketing and Label Strategy
- Provide support to marketing teams through awareness and cross-training on marketing budgets & PRS, processing POs, invoices and check requests
- Coordinate travel arrangements in accordance with approved company policy and compile travel documents for expense reimbursement
- Fulfill contest winner legal paperwork and travel as needed
- Coordinate food orders for meetings and events
- Attend departmental team meetings and take detailed notes to circulate key action items to appropriate people
- Create and update presentations for team and/or artist projects as needed
- Facilitate process for the creation of plaques for RIAA certified sales achievement and artist successes
- Fulfill artist requests for road sales by ordering and having product shipped
- Support efforts as needed on all company-branded social media and email with other marketing coordinators
- Help coordinate tickets requests for shows and concerts as needed
Who you are:
- A self-starter with at least one year of experience providing administrative support in a music, lifestyle, entertainment or creative industry, preferably with a working knowledge of Christian music or the marketplace
- A detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills (both in written and verbal form) and proficiencies in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- A trustworthy professional demonstrating a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion in handling sensitive artist information
- An accountable individual who can demonstrate accuracy in meeting deadlines; working on multiple priority tasks simultaneously while producing excellent results; maintaining composure and effectiveness under pressure and changing conditions
- A team player who takes initiative, possesses strong interpersonal skills and displays the utmost professionalism with an ability to multi-task and problem solve with an attention to detail
- A confident and resilient hand-raiser with an ability to suggest and implement new systems for increased efficiency and accuracy of department responsibilities
- A music fan with an interest in working in the Christian/Gospel music industry (preferred)
