As DSP´s Subdirector, you will lead the strategy to maximize performance, positioning, and monetization of our releases and catalog across audio and video streaming platforms.
What You'll Do:
- Build and strengthen strategic relationships with music and video digital platforms in Mexico, ensuring solid and long-term collaborations.
- Lead, develop, and inspire the Account Managers team, driving operational clarity, effective communication, and a high-performance culture.
- Deeply analyze each platform’s business model and continuously track critical KPIs: revenue, market share, streams, consumption, and growth.
- Coordinate with internal areas to ensure flawless execution, optimal visibility, and measurable results for every release.
- Design and implement launch strategies aligned with the context, audience, and specific opportunities of each artist and DSP.
Who You Are:
- Proven experience working with audio and video streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube, among others).
- Strong, genuine, and approachable leadership, focused on teamwork, clarity, motivation, and shared accountability.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, active listening, emotional intelligence, persuasion, and influence skills.
- Strategic growth-oriented mindset: able to analyze scenarios, define clear goals, and build solid, actionable plans.
- Deep understanding of the digital market, competition, trends, and pop culture.
- Strong knowledge of audio and video consumption behavior by platform, with a focus on optimization and positioning opportunities.
- Outstanding ability to prioritize, manage urgencies, and make fast business-driven decisions.
- Absolute passion for music.
- Advanced English proficiency
