As the Financial Analyst, Royalty & Revenue at Ceremony of Roses you will support royalty reporting, revenue analysis, and financial forecasting across multiple revenue streams including Tour, Ecommerce, Retail, and Licensing. Success in this role means having strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for internal stakeholders and leadership teams.
What you'll do:
Royalty Reporting & Revenue Analysis
- Prepare and maintain royalty statements across multiple revenue channels including Tour, Ecommerce, Retail, and Licensing.
- Review contracts and agreements to ensure accurate interpretation and reporting of royalty terms.
- Reconcile revenue data and validate inputs used in royalty calculations.
- Assist in identifying discrepancies and resolving reporting issues.
Financial Forecasting & Reporting
- Maintain and update monthly and quarterly forecasting models for multiple revenue streams.
- Analyze forecast performance by comparing actual results to projections and providing variance explanations.
- Prepare reporting materials and presentations for internal stakeholders and leadership meetings.
Margin & Performance Analysis
- Perform margin analysis for product launches and merchandise drops across revenue channels.
- Identify trends, profitability drivers, and opportunities for operational improvements.
- Provide insights to support pricing, inventory, and product strategy decisions.
Accounting & Month-End Close
- Support month-end close activities including preparation of revenue and tour-related accruals.
- Assist in reconciling financial data between operational systems and the general ledger.
- Partner with the Accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Ad Hoc Analysis & Projects
- Support leadership with financial modeling, presentations, and strategic analysis.
- Assist with process improvements and automation initiatives for reporting and forecasting workflows.
- Participate in cross-departmental projects related to revenue growth and financial optimization.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret contracts and financial agreements.
- Experience with royalty reporting or revenue-share business models.
- Experience working with Ecommerce, retail, or consumer product revenue streams.
- Familiarity with SAP systems or financial reporting tools.
- Experience preparing executive-level financial presentations.

$71,000 - $80,000 USD
