
Associate Marketing Manager, Frontline Repertoire
Sony Music Korea’s International Repertoire department is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Manager to help drive the frontline business for international music in Korea. In this role, you will own day-to-day execution for assigned releases while developing the judgment, creativity, and commercial awareness needed to grow into a future repertoire owner.
Success means delivering strong campaigns, spotting new opportunities, and helping global artists connect more meaningfully with the Korean market.
What you will do:
- Plan and execute marketing and sales campaigns for assigned international frontline releases.
- Coordinate across DSP, media, content / social agencies, PR partners, and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality campaign delivery.
- Support campaign strategy by developing local positioning, key messages, activation ideas, and rollout plans.
- Monitor release performance and contribute to optimization through data, market feedback, and campaign learnings.
- Identify incremental opportunities for assigned releases, including creator angles, content ideas, media hooks, fan engagement, physical sales opportunities, or local collaborations.
- Prepare campaign updates, reports, briefings, and post-campaign learnings for internal and external stakeholders.
Who you are:
Technical Capabilities:
- 3–6 years of experience in music, entertanment, marketing, agency, digital media, content, or related fields.
- Strong campaign and project management skills, with ability to manage multiple releases and timelines simultaneously.
- Understanding of digital platforms, DSPs, social media, content ecosystems, and the Korean music / entertainment market.
- Comfortable working with data, performance tracking, reports, and campaign optimization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal coordination and partner-facing communication.
- Able to work across agencies, DSP partners, internal teams, and global stakeholders with accuracy and responsiveness.
- Excellent written and spoken Korean and English.
