
Media Streaming Project Manager - Working Student
We are looking for a proactive and organised Media Streaming Project Manager, Working Student to join our Media Streaming Team.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in planning and managing projects related to user experience improvements
- Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables
- Prepare project documentation, meeting agendas, and status updates
- Help manage release schedules, QA processes, and other timelines
- Ensure clear and consistent communication between internal teams and external partners
- Keep your finger on the pulse of project status to make sure everything hits the right notes
What You Bring:
- A passion for music, tech, and digital experiences
- An ongoing degree in Business, Communications, Media, Tech, or equivalent field
- Some prior experience in project coordination, production, or operations big or small (bonus if in music or media)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Great communicator, able to keep people in sync and informed
- Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA
- Interest in software development and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban experience is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment and juggle multiple priorities
