At Spaulding Ridge, we’re redefining what it means to be a modern consultancy. We’re looking for a Data Integration Analyst Consultant to join our growing European team—an exciting opportunity for early-career professionals eager to make an impact from day one.
What You’ll Do & Learn
As an Analyst Consultant, you’ll work alongside experienced consultants on business transformation projects that drive real value for our clients.
You will:
- Support the delivery of client engagements by gathering and analysing business requirements.
- Assist in designing and documenting business processes and technical solutions.
- Collaborate on client presentations, reports, and deliverables.
- Participate in data analysis, migration, and integration activities using best-in-cloud solutions.
- Gain hands-on experience with platforms like Anaplan, Salesforce, and DocuSign.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of professional experience in consulting, technology, or a related industry.
- Exposure to data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) or programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a bonus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
