What You Will Do and Learn
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic interns with a background in .NET development (VB.NET or C#) and SQL to join our team. During your 6 months with Spaulding Ridge, you will be given the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience. You’ll work with some of the worlds most coveted companies, including Fortune 1000 along with disruptive technology hyper-growth companies. This internship is a great opportunity to apply academic knowledge in real-world projects, strengthen your programming skills, and gain hands-on experience with enterprise applications.
A typical day could include:
- Technical training on OneStream technology platforms
- Attend the client meetings
- Professional training and development on project/engagement delivery, client communication, and project collaboration
- An opportunity to network with Spaulding Ridge leadership
- Execution of core consulting skills
Upon completion of your internship, you should expect to demonstrate:
- Clear understanding of client business needs, goals and objectives.
- Ability to build mock Proof of Concepts within our cloud-based technology solutions for potential clients
- Ability to engage with customers, drive the deliverables
Ideal candidates should demonstrate the following:
- Ability to work in teams and be flexible to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong data management and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills for establishing and maintaining good relationship both internally and externally
- Intellectual curiosity
- Excellent verbal/writing skills for complex communications with clients and teammates
- Proven leadership or initiative at school, work and/or community
Qualifications:
- Current Junior graduating with a bachelor’s degree (B.E/B.Tech/BCA), with an expected graduation date of May/June 2026.
- Strong understanding of .NET framework (VB.NET or C# preferred).
- 70% in 10th & 12th, CGPA 7.5 and above required with no backlog's mandatory.
- Good knowledge of SQL (queries, joins, functions, stored procedures).
- Solid foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts (inheritance, polymorphism, encapsulation, abstraction).
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
