We are seeking an Integration Analyst to join our EMEA team. This is an exciting opportunity for early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in business transformation projects, working alongside experienced consultants to deliver impactful solutions for our clients.
As an Integration Analyst, you will:
- Support the delivery of client projects by gathering and analyzing business requirements.
- Assist in the design and documentation of business processes and technical solutions.
- Collaborate with senior consultants to develop client presentations, reports, and deliverables.
- Participate in data analysis, data migration, and integration activities using best in cloud solutions
- Learn to use leading cloud-based platforms such as Anaplan, Salesforce, and DocuSign.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Communicates clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Enjoys working collaboratively in diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Is detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of professional experience in consulting, technology, or a related industry.
- Exposure to data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) or programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a bonus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
