Talent Development Senior Associate

What You Will Do and Learn
We are looking for a Senior Associate - Learning Design & Delivery - to join our Talent Development Team!
In this role, the ideal candidate will have the opportunity to develop and manage technical training curricula and related materials that can support our employees as we scale and grow. You will be working in partnership with our SVP of People & Culture, other talent development team members, key stakeholders and our leadership team.
In this role, you can expect to:
- Partner with business leaders to design, coordinate, and support technical training, including onboarding, solution architect training, certification pathways, and progression through certification levels to support career growth and technical excellence.
- Own the firmwide design, delivery, and execution of project management training and enablement programs, partnering with stakeholders to ensure consistent PM capability development across the organization.
- Apply adult learning and instructional design best practices to create engaging, effective learning experiences
- Develop, curate, and maintain a library of instructor-led training, eLearning, HR system tutorials, user guides, job aids, and performance support materials
- Support training operations, including scheduling, logistics, attendance tracking, and measurement of training effectiveness
- Develop and maintain systems, metrics, and documentation to track key learning KPIs and program outcomes
- Contribute to training and documentation standards, policies, and procedures, ensuring consistency and quality across learning assets
- Serve as the primary LMS administrator, including content management, user support, and reporting
- Collaborate closely with the Spaulding Ridge Talent Development team to publish and maintain content on internal learning platforms
- Work in a hybrid model with two days per week in the Chicago office and limited quarterly travel, aligned to in-person training needs
Skill & Experience:
- Experienced in instructional design and strong facilitator/ public speaking and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to work seamlessly with business stakeholders, end-users, and other audiences
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience delivering training sessions virtually and in-person; travel expected up to 10% depending on internal or client needs
- Experience working in global organizations with geographically dispersed teams as well as dealing with internal and external customers, preferred
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Adult Education, Human Resources, or related field is required, or equivalent practical experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a Talent Development role or prior experience in training facilitation and instructional design (professional services environment ideal)
- Microsoft Suite proficiency required, prior Docebo LMS or OpenSesame content a plus
- Articulate or similar eLearning development experience required
- SharePoint experience preferred
