Product Management Specialist
Location: On-Site 80% plus
We are seeking a ‘Product Management Specialist - Digital Workflow’ to join our cutting-edge team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to optimizing digital workflows, collaborate closely with product development teams, and help translate clinical needs into innovative software solutions. In this dynamic role, you’ll work directly with our founders and product experts, gaining valuable exposure to a fast-paced startup environment revolutionizing dentistry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workflow Optimization: Develop and refine dental workflows, including nesting strategies and printer configurations, to enhance efficiency and clinical outcomes.
- Validation and Testing: Evaluate dental design parameters in CAD software (e.g., SprintRay Studio, 3Shape, Exocad) to ensure compatibility with our 3D printing systems.
- Software: Translate dental practice needs into software requirements, author user stories, and work with development teams to drive product enhancements.
- Adaptability: Effectively manage shifting priorities in a rapidly evolving environment, demonstrating flexibility and proactive problem-solving.
- Hands-On: Operate 3D printers, perform post-processing of dental appliances, and analyze results to ensure adherence to clinical standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with Product Management, R&D, Customer Support, and Marketing teams to address issues, improve workflows, and support product development.
- Customer Engagement: Interact with dental professionals to gather feedback, understand challenges, and inform continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a dental practice or laboratory setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with dental CAD software (e.g., 3Shape, Exocad) and hands-on experience with 3D printing and post-processing.
- Software Development: Ability to translate user needs into software requirements; experience writing user stories is advantageous.
- Agile/Scrum: Familiarity with Agile and Scrum practices is a plus.
- Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive in environments with rapidly changing requirements.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required
