Brand Experience / Event Specialist
Location: On-Site (Hybrid)
Reporting to the Brand Experience Director, the Brand Experience Specialist will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing impactful brand initiatives and events. This role will focus on delivering high-quality experiences across customer touchpoints, including corporate events, trade shows, and digital activations, ensuring alignment with SprintRay’s brand strategy. The Brand Experience Specialist will have ownership over event execution, digital event marketing, and cross-functional collaboration, requiring a balance of strategic thinking, creativity, and operational excellence.
This role requires approximately 15% travel and will be instrumental in overseeing event logistics, vendor negotiations, digital engagement campaigns, and performance tracking.
Job Responsibilities:
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing corporate and customer events, such as trade shows, webinars, and in-booth activations, ensuring they align with SprintRay’s brand vision and deliver an engaging experience.
- Brand Content Support: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and distribute brand content, including social media posts, email campaigns, promotional materials, and event signage.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure brand consistency across all events and activations. Provide support in maintaining alignment with brand standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Assist the Brand Experience Director in managing relationships with key stakeholders, including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), customers, and partners, by organizing communications, meetings, and logistics.
- Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights that inform SprintRay’s brand strategy and experience initiatives.
- Administrative Support: Maintain an organized calendar of brand activities and events, coordinate logistics, book venues, manage vendor relationships, and oversee the shipping of materials, ensuring timely delivery and setup.
- Data Management: Track and analyze event and campaign performance metrics, compiling reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Project Management: Manage small-scale brand projects and campaigns from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years of experience in event marketing, brand management, or digital marketing within a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in managing events end-to-end, including logistics, digital promotions, and post-event analysis.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Asana, Marketo, Eventbrite).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to travel 15% of the time for events and activations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the medical device, healthcare, or technology sectors.
- Knowledge of event analytics, lead generation strategies, and digital engagement tracking.
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday.com, Marketo, etc.).
