Hospitality Associate
Reports To: The Hospitality Associate will report to the Client Services Supervisor, Client Services Manager, or equivalent leadership.
Job Overview:
As a Hospitality Associate, you are the first impression and the lasting memory. You deliver thoughtful, people-first service that enhances our client's workplace culture. From greeting guests and coordinating meetings to managing event logistics and supporting VIP services, you create moments that matter in the workplace.
Overall, this position continuously offers the highest level of service to all client and SPS employees while maintaining a professional image of the company by providing prompt, courteous and efficient service.
Typical Working Days: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM
What You Will Be Doing:
- Greet employees, guests, and clients with warmth and professionalism
- Support front-of-house operations including reception, visitor check-in, and wayfinding the coffee station
- Ability to Brew and serve special coffees and tea.
- Provide white-glove meeting support—room setup, catering coordination, technology readiness
- Assist with on-site events, employee engagement activities, and hospitality activations
- Maintain high standards in appearance and cleanliness of common areas and meeting spaces
- Partner with Barista, Facilities, and Office Services teams to deliver seamless support
- Proactively identify service opportunities and resolve issues before they arise
- Own and update communication boards, daily huddles, and office messaging platforms
What You Will Bring:

- 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, office services, or customer experience
- Barista experience Coffee and Tea
- Polished, professional presence and communication skills
- A natural ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic setting
- Tech-savvy with familiarity in tools like Outlook, Teams, Excel and service request platforms
- Positive energy and a can-do attitude—you're a team player, always
Physical Demands:
- Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended period of time.
- Manual dexterity is required for operating office machinery (phone, computer, copy machines, binding equipment, etc.).
- Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater frequently.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Must be able to utilize computer monitor and keyboard.

Pay Range
$17.50 - $18 USD
