Office Services and Copy Associate
Reports To: Client Services Supervisor, Client Services Manager, or equivalent leadership
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

As a Client Services & Print Associate, you play a key role in maintaining a professional, organized workplace that supports employees, clients, and visitors. You manage essential services such as print production, mail distribution, and shared office resources, ensuring operations run efficiently and teams remain productive throughout the workday.

The Client Services & Print Associate ensures that print production, mail handling, and office logistics are executed with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail, directly supporting team productivity and maintaining the high standard of service and professionalism expected across the organization.
What You'll Do
Print and Production Excellence
- Operate advanced copy, print, and scanning equipment to fulfill high-volume document requests.
- Perform finishing services including binding, cutting, padding, and lamination.
- Ensure quality control and accuracy on all print and scan output.
- Manage both digital and hard-copy document workflows.
Equipment and Operations Support
- Perform routine equipment maintenance including paper loading, toner replacement, and minor troubleshooting.
- Monitor and maintain print and production supply levels to ensure smooth daily operations.
Mail and Office Services
- Process outgoing USPS mail, including sorting, labeling, and postmark preparation.
- Sort, distribute, and deliver incoming mail, packages, and documents to the appropriate departments in a timely manner.
- Track shipments and maintain accurate mail and package delivery records.
- Replenish office supplies and assist with meeting room and pantry setups.
- Provide backup front-of-office coverage when required.
Service and Collaboration
- Deliver exceptional customer service across all communications.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams.
- Assist with cross-training and proactively improve workflows.
What You Bring
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience with high-volume MFD/reprographics equipment preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
- Working knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures
- Professional presence and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of related experience preferred
- Comfortable operating computer-based systems and Microsoft Office
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift/move up to 40–60 lbs. (with wheeled carts as needed)
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and operate office machinery for extended periods
Compensation:
The expected compensation is an estimate, and the final offer will depend on skills, experience, and other job-related factors.
Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI):
No AI or automated decision-making tools are used to screen, assess, or select candidates for this role. SPS uses the Greenhouse applicant tracking system, which does not apply AI in these parts of the hiring process.
