Licensed Therapist (LCAS + LCMHC/LCSW/ or LMFT)

Winston-Salem, North Carolina

You came to this work to help people. We built the structure to let you.

You went into this work to help people through recovery, not to chase billable hours or finish notes at 9 p.m. Too often, the structure around the work gets in the way.

Steadfast Health is built differently. You will have a fixed salary, 10.5 hours of protected paid time every week, a capped caseload, and a team that includes MA/LPN and Peer Recovery Specialist support. We are funded by Google Ventures (GV) and launched out of Triple Aim Partners, who back the clinic infrastructure and front-line support that make this model last.

Steadfast has successfully launched three clinics in Cleveland and Nashville, and we’re excited to bring the same model to North Carolina. You’d be joining an organization that has already proven it can open clinics, staff them well, and support the people who work in them.”

Who we are

Steadfast was founded to set a new standard for addiction treatment. Traditional treatment often fails to reach patients when they need it most, so we focus on making low-barrier, high-quality care available to everyone. Recovery looks different for every person. You will meet patients where they are, using evidence-based therapies in a compassionate environment that supports healing and growth.

What you can count on

  • A place you can build a career.
We are a well-resourced organization with clinics across 3 states. Moving to a new employer is a big decision, and we want you to be able to make it with confidence.

Your schedule includes 10.5 hours per week of paid, protected time for documentation, supervision, case consultation, and lunch.

We cap caseloads to protect quality of care and your wellbeing.
  • You won’t be doing this alone.
You will work in a collaborative care model with MA/LPN and Peer Recovery Specialist support.
  • Paperwork handled for you.
In-house billing and Soulside AI documentation support keep your time with patients and away from reimbursement and charting backlogs.
  • Values you will recognize in daily work.
Our care is low-barrier, non-punitive, and harm-reductionist. Lived experience with recovery is a strength here, not a barrier. Many of our team members bring personal or family experience with addiction and recovery, and we welcome candidates in recovery to apply.
