Job Description:
We are a leading real estate management company seeking a reliable and customer-oriented porter to join our team at one of our residential properties. As a porter, you will be the first point of contact for residents and guests, providing exceptional service while ensuring the security and smooth operation of the building's front entrance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors entering or exiting the building
• Monitor lobby and entry areas to maintain a safe and orderly environment
• Open doors, assist with luggage, packages, or deliveries as needed
• Enforce access control by verifying authorized entry
• Maintain detailed logs of visitor and delivery activity
• Communicate with property management, maintenance, and security teams
• Report any suspicious activity or incidents to building management
• Ensure the lobby area remains clean, welcoming, and presentable at all times
• Provide general information or assistance to residents in a professional manner

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior experience as a doorman, security personnel, or in customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, respectful, and professional demeanor
• Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light packages if necessary
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, or holidays as needed
