Join our team as a CSR Enterprise Sales Development Representative! Are you ready to make an impact in the rapidly growing SaaS industry? Submittable is looking for a dynamic, motivated, and goal-oriented Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join our expanding team. In this role, you'll leverage your sales, research, and relationship-building skills to uncover new opportunities and introduce prospective clients to Submittable's top-rated Grants Management and Social Impact Platforms. This role is responsible for generating sales-qualified outbound leads within the Corporate & nonprofit enterprise space

How You'll Make an Impact: 

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target decision-makers within enterprise-level corporations and foundations to initiate meaningful conversations about Submittable.
  • Lead Nurturing: Transform cold leads into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through strategic and consistent engagement.
  • Meeting Scheduling: Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives (AEs) to schedule meetings with qualified prospects.
  • Tech-Driven Outreach: Leverage tools like Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Gong to maximize outreach effectiveness.
  • Problem-Solving Expertise: Understand prospects’ business challenges and position Submittable as the ideal solution to address those needs.
  • Collaboration with AEs: Support Enterprise AEs by executing strategies to nurture longer-lead prospects and those not yet in the pipeline.
  • Industry Expertise: Provide accurate and timely responses to prospects’ questions while demonstrating a deep understanding of the corporate and nonprofit sectors.
  • Product Mastery: Develop a comprehensive knowledge of Submittable’s platform, highlighting how its features and functions solve key challenges in the corporate and nonprofit spaces.

Skills & Experience We Hope You Bring: 

  • Proven Sales Experience: Prior experience in a Sales Development role, with a strong track record of generating SQLs.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with a sales tech stack, including Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Gong.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the unique needs of corporations and nonprofits is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to deliver compelling and tailored messaging that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Results-Oriented: A demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales development goals.
  • Collaborative Mindset: A team player who partners effectively with AEs and the broader sales team.

Salary Details: The annual OTE (On Target Earnings) for this position is $80,000.00 with a pay mix of 85/15 (base/commission). Actual compensation is based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. We also have a location-based compensation structure; candidates may have a different range in other locations.

Position Location: This a hybrid or onsite position located in Missoula, MT.
