What we’re looking for

As the Senior Manager, Product Design, you’ll lead a team of designers to shape and deliver elegant product solutions for our SaaS platform. This is a hands-on player-coach role, where you will not only lead and mentor your team but also dive into design execution when necessary. You will bring strong leadership, strategic vision, and a keen eye for design details, ensuring that our platform delivers intuitive, visually compelling, and effective solutions. Your work will directly impact the success of our business.

What you’ll be working on

  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of product designers, helping them develop their skills, careers, and confidence. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and creativity, ensuring your team is always learning and pushing boundaries.
  • Player-Coach Role: Be actively involved in hands-on design work, collaborating with your team to solve complex design challenges, create prototypes, and ensure design quality. Provide guidance and feedback on designs, making sure they align with both user and business goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are well-integrated with the development process. Be the voice of design in cross-functional teams, advocating for user needs and design excellence.
  • Design Strategy & Execution: Lead the design strategy for complex B2B2C SaaS platform, ensuring that designs are user-centered, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. Oversee the creation of intuitive, cohesive design solutions that solve real user problems.
  • Design System Fluency: Lead team to design with a “design-system first” mindset, advocating for design system adoption and influencing the design system’s evolution
  • Data-Driven Design: Use data and analytics to drive design decisions, ensuring that product designs are optimized for performance, usability, and user satisfaction. Lead your team in validating design solutions through data, user testing, and feedback.

We’d love to hear from people with

  • Experience: 10-15 years of experience in product design, with 5-8 years of experience leading and managing design teams.
  • Platform Expertise: Experience leading product design for complex B2B2C SaaS platforms, with a strong understanding of both business and customer needs.
  • Hands-On Design: Proficiency in UX/UI design, with a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to deliver elegant, user-centered designs for complex platforms.
  • Design System: Experience effectively leveraging design systems as a part of the design process and advancing the system as part of a contribution model
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work closely with product, engineering, and other teams to bring design solutions to life and ensure they align with both user needs and business objectives.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Experience leveraging data, analytics, and user feedback to make informed design decisions and iterate on designs.
  • Responsive web: Experience designing experiences that are responsive across multiple device types and viewport sizes
  • Experience designing for products with AI and API integrations
