About the Job:
The Senior Manager, Integrated Paid Media - Calendar Initiatives will lead the development, strategy and execution of integrated paid media strategies for Taco Bell’s most critical business-driving calendar initiatives, including Value and Category Entry Points. This role sits at the center of our marketing engine, driving transaction growth, acquisition, and customer penetration through best-in-class media strategies, flawless execution, and cross-functional leadership.
With responsibility for a significant media investment, this leader will shape the annual calendar, drive innovation across media channels, and bring bold creative/media integration to life in partnership with internal teams, agency partners, and senior leadership.
The Day-to-Day:
- Lead Paid Media Planning & Strategy for 2025/2026 across calendar initiatives (Value, Category Entry Points, and major cultural/sporting tentpoles).
- Develop and oversee channel strategies (TV/CTV, Audio, Paid Social, Mobile, YouTube, Local Test & Learn) to drive transactions and optimize GTM execution.
- Integrate media with business goals by aligning pillar campaigns, role of channel, and audience strategies; partner with MarCom, creative, and experience teams for seamless execution.
- Revolutionize Value-Added Strategy and connect it to calendar campaigns to fuel meaningful transaction growth.
- Drive measurement and optimization through MMM inputs, campaign performance analysis, and cross-funnel investment learnings.
- Partner with agencies (AOR, media, creative) to lead TV/CTV upfronts, negotiate, and deliver innovative media solutions.
- Influence and educate stakeholders by presenting strategies and learnings to leadership, cross-functional teams, and agencies; create share-outs and self-service tools.
- Manage and develop the paid media team, providing vision, coaching, and collaboration across peers in Value, Innovation, and Category Entry Points.
Is This You?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in Media (brand/client-side or agency leadership).
- 3+ Years in a management/leadership role
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to translate strategy into execution and influence at all levels, including C-Suite.
- Digital first mindset and Deep expertise in cross-channel paid media (linear TV, CTV, digital video, audio, paid social, mobile,).
- Demonstrated success in leveraging data, insights, and analytics to guide media targeting, optimization, and performance.
- Strong background in budget management and planning for multi-million-dollar paid media investments.
- A strategic thinker and self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Understanding of customer data platforms (CDPs), attribution, and measurement in paid media.
- Track record of driving customer acquisition, penetration, and frequency growth through paid media strategies.

Salary Range: $153,200 to $165,000 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
