This position reports to the Marketplace Manager of Mr D. 

Purpose of Role:

Support the Partner Success team by assisting with central campaigns aimed at driving partner success on the Mr D platform. Provide insights through reporting on performance and opportunities while maintaining excellent communication with partners and internal teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist in collaborating with the Mr D sales and key account management team to support partner success-related tasks and KPIs.
• Help execute promotional objectives by assisting in effective communication campaigns with partners.
• Support the identification of gaps in partner supply and address shortcomings across the various Mr D regions.
• Prepare performance reports highlighting opportunities, successes, and challenges faced by partners.
• Generate and manage reporting to provide insights into partner and marketplace performance.
• Contribute creative ideas to optimize email communication and partner engagement initiatives.
• Provide hands-on administrative support to the Partner Success team as required.

Skills & Attributes required:

• High attention to detail, even in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Ability to identify areas for improvement and take the initiative to suggest enhancements.
• Communication skills to verbalize and visually present findings effectively.
• A strong sense of ownership and an enterprising spirit.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel.
• Genuine interest in e-commerce and partner engagement.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate and support colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in an eCommerce marketplace environment, online B2B, or related operational roles
