This role will be considered "connected" and you will need to live near enough to one of our studios to be in office 4X per week.  We are considering people who live in or can relocate to NY, the Bay Area, or Austin, TX.

Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition Operations to lead and evolve the strategic direction, implementation, and oversight of the tools, technology, and operational frameworks that support our global Talent Acquisition team. This role is crucial for developing scalable solutions globally, enhancing recruiting efficiency, and improving collaboration and customer experience.

You will be responsible for architecting and maintaining the operational infrastructure for global TA across multiple studios, including platforms, processes, metrics, compliance, vendor management, and overall service delivery. The scope also includes oversight of talent attraction initiatives, early career programs, and talent brand operations. You will play a key role in ensuring our hiring ecosystem is designed for agility, innovation, and future growth across a complex, matrixed organization.

To be successful, you will bring a track record of leading at scale in global, tech-forward environments; managing a variety of business units and geographies; and enabling best-in-class TA operations through technology, data, and stakeholder partnership.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the priorities for Global Talent Acquisition Operations, ensuring alignment with business and hiring goals across a matrixed, international organization.
  • Lead all aspects of TA platforms, systems, programs and processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and seamless integration across multiple instances and complex environments (e.g., multiple studios or subsidiaries).
  • Lead global implementation and optimization of ATS and CRM platforms, including multi-instance management and integrations with broader HR tech stack.
  • In partnership with People Analytics operationalize a comprehensive analytics framework, providing actionable insights through dashboards, reporting, and predictive analytics that inform hiring strategies.
  • Own and evolve the TA data strategy—including a centralized data stack, success metrics, and market analytics, driving transparency and performance tracking across teams.
  • Lead operational support and governance for early careers/university recruiting and talent attraction/branding programs, ensuring global consistency and local impact.
  • Champion a culture of operational excellence through process optimization, continuous improvement, and user-centric innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with local and global legal requirements, including EEO, FLSA, and GDPR standards.
  • Drive consistent recruiting methodologies and frameworks across all geographies, studios, and business units.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 7+ years leading global TA operations in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Experience supporting multi-instance, multi-studio, or subsidiary-based technology and organizational structures is strongly preferred.
  • Deep expertise in TA systems, including ATS and CRM platforms (with experience in at least 2–3 global implementations).
  • Strong background in talent attraction, employer branding, and early career recruiting operations.
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-level recruiting operations across diverse geographies and talent markets.
  • Experience building and maintaining enterprise data reporting stacks and TA performance dashboards.
  • Knowledge of global recruiting compliance, legal frameworks, and regulatory environments.
  • Strategic approach with a bias for action and innovation; comfort working in evolving, fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate at the executive level while driving alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex data and present them in compelling narratives.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through change and ambiguity, inspiring high-performing teams and scaling operational excellence globally

The pay range for this position in New York City at the start of employment is expected to be between $204,700 and $302,980 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
