About the Role 

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Intern to join our Project Phoenix team. This team is responsible for harmonizing and standardizing the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes across the EMEA region. 

This internship offers hands-on experience at the intersection of procurement, project management, and change management within a dynamic, international environment. You will support key transformation initiatives while developing practical business and analytical skills. This internship will begin in early July 2026.

 

What You’ll Be Doing 

• Assist in preparing training materials, process guides, and presentations  
• Support coordination of training sessions (virtual and in-person)  
• Maintain and update documentation and training repositories  
• Collect and analyze feedback to improve training effectiveness  
• Support communication initiatives (newsletters, updates, stakeholder materials)  
• Help monitor change impacts and user adoption  
• Assist in preparing reports and dashboards on change progress  
• Support testing cycles (UAT/SIT) by tracking issues and collecting data  
• Assist in preparing presentations for project governance meetings  
• Help create and maintain process documentation and SOPs  
• Gather and analyze feedback from local teams on process improvements  
• Assist in organizing workshops, town halls, and feedback sessions  
• Maintain supplier and purchasing documentation  
• Assist with purchase orders, confirmations, and correspondence  
• Support buyers with administrative and coordination tasks  

 

Who You Are 

• Currently pursuing an HBO, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in:  
• Business Administration  
• Supply Chain Management  
• Finance, Economics, or a related field  
• Eligible for an internship through your university  
• Interested in procurement, purchasing, or P2P processes  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Over de rol

Wij zijn op zoek naar een gemotiveerde en nauwkeurige Procurement Stagiair om ons Project Phoenix-team te versterken. Dit team is verantwoordelijk voor het harmoniseren en standaardiseren van de Purchase-to-Pay (P2P)-processen binnen de EMEA-regio.

Deze stage biedt praktijkervaring op het snijvlak van procurement, projectmanagement en change management in een dynamische, internationale omgeving. Je ondersteunt belangrijke transformatie-initiatieven en ontwikkelt tegelijkertijd praktische zakelijke en analytische vaardigheden. Deze stage start begin juli 2026.

 

Wat ga je doen

• Ondersteunen bij het voorbereiden van trainingsmaterialen, procesdocumentatie en presentaties
• Coördineren van trainingssessies (virtueel en fysiek)
• Onderhouden en updaten van documentatie en trainingsomgevingen
• Verzamelen en analyseren van feedback om trainingen te verbeteren
• Ondersteunen van communicatie-initiatieven (nieuwsbrieven, updates, stakeholdermateriaal)
• Monitoren van change-impact en gebruikersadoptie
• Ondersteunen bij het opstellen van rapportages en dashboards over voortgang
• Ondersteunen bij testcycli (UAT/SIT) door issues te volgen en data te verzamelen
• Voorbereiden van presentaties voor project governance meetings
• Opstellen en onderhouden van procesdocumentatie en SOP’s
• Feedback verzamelen van lokale teams over procesverbeteringen
• Helpen bij het organiseren van workshops, townhalls en feedbacksessies
• Beheren van leveranciers- en inkoopdocumentatie
• Ondersteunen bij inkooporders, bevestigingen en correspondentie
• Ondersteunen van inkopers bij administratieve en coördinerende taken

 

Wie ben jij

• Je volgt momenteel een HBO-, bachelor- of masteropleiding in:
  • Bedrijfskunde
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Finance, Economie of een gerelateerd vakgebied
• Je bent beschikbaar voor een stage via je opleiding
• Interesse in procurement, inkoop van P2P-processen
• Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden
• Goede communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden
• Gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en proactief
