Caregiver/Home Care Aide (HCA Required)

Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available
$18-$20 per hour, based on experience
Minimum 6-hour shifts

Tandem Care is looking for dedicated caregivers to join our growing team! We provide consistent work with a wide range of clients, including those with higher care needs. This role involves hands-on personal care, lifestyle support, and household assistance, ensuring that seniors receive the help they need to remain safe and independent at home.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Provide medication reminders and encourage healthy routines.
• Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Offer companionship and social engagement to clients.
• Support clients with errands and transportation as needed.

Requirements:

• Active Home Care Aide (HCA) registration in California. 
• Valid driver's license, car insurance & reliable vehicle to transport clients.
• Must possess the physical fitness necessary to safely perform caregiving duties, including the ability to bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to provide care in varied environments and work with a diverse range of clients with varying needs.
• Must own an iPhone or Android smartphone capable of downloading and comfortably using up to 3 apps for work-related tasks.
